The man remained standing in the middle of the boutique, silent yet carrying a powerful presence, while the saleslady seemed to lose all strength in her knees. Only a few seconds passed before the door at the back of the store burst open. The manager rushed out, nearly out of breath, his face pale and his hands trembling. If you cannot respect ordinary people, then you have no right to sell luxury clothing.” The manager bowed his head, barely able to breathe from anxiety. “Yes, Sir. I will correct this immediately.” Then he turned to the saleslady. In front of everyone, he said coldly, “You are suspended from your position. Leave the store and wait for the official decision from Human Resources.” The saleslady burst into tears, but no one stepped forward to defend her.
Before leaving, the man gently touched the expensive suit displayed on the mannequin. Quietly, he adjusted one of its sleeves before turning toward the customers. “A person’s true worth is not measured by what they wear,” he said. “It is measured by the respect they are able to give to others.” Then he slowly walked out of the boutique while the manager and every employee remained standing with their heads lowered.
